Please explain.. Book service 8.30am, no 10,.but at 11.30 kereta yg no 2 blm dipanggil, tp luar sana lebih pada 5 kereta tgh diservice, selepas ditanya kat kaunter br kereta diambil. Lebih pd 2 kali kena mcm ni, so apa fungsi booking masa dan ambik no giliran..
