I bought a samsung fridge a year ago but was spoilt recently. Reported to salesperson I bought fridge from. He very promptly reported the fault. Case was undertaken by a samsung service centre from teluk intan. They came and looked at the fridge. Didn't hear from them for many days. Contacted salesperson again. They then came and took fridge back to change compressor. Brought fridge back a few days later. A few days later there was a funny sound coming from inside fridge. Very loud sound like clanging of bottles. They sent a technician. Detected sound was from compressor. Technician called boss and let him hear sound but the boss said it's normal. Isn't that ridiculous. Such loud and funny sound but he says it's normal. Now a week later the fridge conked out again. Is senheng going to replace a new fridge for me. Senheng promises an extra year of warranty and I bought insurance from them. I've been buying all my electrical appliances from senheng. I hope you can give me better service than this. So much of the food in the fridge has been spoilt. And this is cny season!
