Brain child of owner and group class instructor herself, the Club encases 3 spacious group class studios including Cardio/TRX studio, Spin Theatre and a Yoga Sanctuary, all tastefully outfitted and surrounded by a glassed, green outlook.

We love the wonderful and friendly environment of the gym. The variety of classes offered are the best in Ipoh and the instructors do a great job encouraging us on our fitness journey.
