I went there this afternoon around 1.35 pm and the staff refused to let me wait till 2 pm. When I went back around 4 pm, just to understand that I have to fill in the form I have purchased from jpj prior to being examined , and I was charged rm 35 for that 2 minutes explanation. I have been to this clinic many times and the 2 sister Drs has been very helpful and considerate. This time it was a different Dr and would be happy not to return to this clinic again.
