Pilatique Pilates Studio Mont Kiara

My Pilates instructor Shifaq is great!! I love doing Pilates now. She is knowledgeable, caring and encorage me to do my best!!,i feel that my flexibility and strenght have improved so much only in 3 weeks doing Pilates, of course i couldnt have done it without her.Thank you Shifaq!

Always looking forward to my next class at Pilates Pilatique ... as a coach, many a times i also need to have someone spot me and Ms Shifaq and Ms.Yvonne have been awesome in guiding me along the way. Love their enthusiasm and passion for teaching their trade. Their background as physiotherapists further strengthens their understanding on how to help clients ... thanks guys
