Claim businessPertubuhan Jagaan Kanak-kanak Cacat Setia has a strong management group who all play a vital role in ensuring children to have an opportunity to love happier, healthier lives. Today, we have staff strength of 6, lead by Mr. Siew Too, Mr. Raymond Ong Kah Chee and the Warden Madam Sin Kuan Lin.
We have been providing care for children from range of 5 to 42 years old that have been abused, neglected, abandoned, orphaned, and at-risk. We have 39 residents currently which is 3 Indian and 36 Chinese.
There is no word of ‘discrimination’ in our home. Our home provides educational and technical skill to children who experience disruption in their lives to build their strengths here.
In order to provide a better living environment for the member, that had grown day by day, we moved from Merdeka garden of Jalan Kual Kangsar to Bungalow lot at Silibin which content of 12000 sq feet.

Our objectives
The children home is register under Society registry as a nonprofit making organization. We work based on our purpose in order to provide essential and a precondition to ensure a high standard of care for our children.
- Provide a better living environment for children. A high standard living environment enables children to grow healthily and joyfully.
- 5 residential age range from 9 to 12 was send to learn the technical skill at Sekolah Kebangsaam Pendidikan Khas at Kampung Tawas, to strengthen the lives and providing the skill develpoing trainings so that they can be self-reliant and have a live of dignity in the society
- To develop advocacy strategy at the related agencies e.g. to receive qeual medical treatment from government hospital, developing effective human rights role, safeguards the rights and bargain for disabled benefit
- We provide therapeutic programs where children feel secure, loved and have a sense of belonging. To organiza public awareness programs e.g. encourage community visit us. We help children grow healthily in a loving and caring community.
- We provide fair treatment to children from any backround, every race, creed, colour, and religion.
