Hospital Pulau Pinang

Best...they may be overcrowded but frankly they are doing their best in terms of efficiency and process. The registration officer for clinic was super efficient. Alone her sort out hundreds of records in timely manner. Wad doctors and pharmacist was also very professional. Housemen was lacking confidence and knowledge. They need to buck up. I am suprised they clean the wad in best way possible. Compare to a private i say this the better hospital.

The largest hospital in Penang with a thousand beds and specialities in almost every field. Services could obviously improve but with budget constraints and under-investment things do not seem to be improving anytime soon. Drugs which were previously freely given are harder to come by now.
