I've just spent 12 days here after ankle surgery. My first operation outside of Australia. Being in another country for this took a lot of faith. I was not disappointed. Everything was first class from beginning to being discharged. I have found the standards here higher than private hospitals in Australia. Being a foreigner I needed to ask questions about everything. Everyone was patient and happy to answer any and all of my questions. My only worry is for the Doctors and Nurses themselves. Rest time for sleep is essential for good cognitive function. I feel more time for them would be valuable.

The doctor is ok but the nurse really need to train again, the nurse dont even know how to do blood draw, and the nurse really need to train how to communicate with patient relations.

Pay a visit to their Diagnostic and Imaging Dept. We are 1st in line since we arrived 8:20am and it opens at 8:30am. To my dismay, the staff here only start to call patient at 9:20am!! When I ask them at 9:10am,they say they are still preparing. No wonder the delay as I saw one of the staff walk in at 9am and they have the leisure talking their own sweet time chatting until 9:19am then only they get up and start working. I thought all should be ready when we walk in at 8:30am. Imagine if this were to happen at the Emergency Dept at Park City Medical Center?? The staffs' ethics and professionalism here is totally questionable!!

Clean & good ambience with fully integrated hospital facilities. Good customer service & friendly staffs. Plenty of parking spaces & easy access to the hospital. Clean, ample parking. It is more of a neighbourhood type of hospital but do not be mislead by it. Great doctors/specialists,attentive nurses, staff. Friendly atmosphere. Much greenery surrounding the hospital. As the size is not huge, facilities and amenities like diagnostic, imaging,ct scans are within the same building and nearby each other.

One of the most pleasant reception staffs we have ever met in a hospital facility. Greet the patient nicely with a warm welcome, with simple procedures to check in,almost no long queue and wait time at all. Nurses were very polite and patience to hear what the patient and family got to say. The Security Guards that are on duty also helped out with the carpark areas and were courteous enough to welcome all guests. Would like to see the waiting ER area to have more space and more seats for friends and families. Perhaps a more cozy and comfortable waiting lounge area would be really ideal. The In-House Doctors are truly professional and they do care about everything and explain all items in great details.

A relatively new hospital with a nice feel and bigger than usual spaces. Friendly doctors and nurses. Currently not so many people there. Recommended if you stay nearby. Private hospital.

This is a good hospital. I've been happy with all of the doctors I've seen there- pediatrician, radiologist, immunologist, cardiologist, & orthopedist. They've all been professional & based their treatments on best practices from the medical literature. The nurses are good and kind- one even offered to give me her own food so that I could eat before being required to fast before surgery. The hospital is clean and the rooms are nice. I had a private room with a comfortable couch and a flat screen tv, and a private washroom. The food was decent for hospital food- they gave me a menu to make some choices for each meal, but they could do better by offering fresh coffee.

Regular checkups here. So far, the hygiene wise is good. Gynaecologists here are professional and helpful as well. But the cost is a little higher than expected. Now you will have to pay for parking as well. There is subway and mynews at the side.
