O2 Klinik Ipoh Garden

I went to O2 clinic on Saturday. 11 December 2021 to get vaccinated with Sinovac vaccine and paid RM99 for it. Monday, 13 Dec - my hp MySejahtera showed that i got my booster jab from O2 clinic but date and time vaccinated was incorrect. It was incorrectly keyed in as 13 Dec. 2021 and time was 12 pm instead of 11 Dec. 2021, time at 9.30-9.50 am. Kindly advise. I tried calling all O2 clinic phone lines but had been unsuccessful since no one picked up my call. Please help me to key in the correct date & time. TQ

Came for swab test, and subsequently also did my wrinkle treatment and pigmentation treatment here. Experienced dr and approachable staff. Recommended family and skin clinic
