精武精神深含强种、强民、强国的思想；追求人类和平、博爱、自由、平等，进而实现世界大同的理想。
精武精神以“三育”，“三德”为基本。

三育：体、智、德

体要其健：强身健体以承担重任。
智要其博：充实智力以明辨是非。
德要其重：修心养性以求人格的完美。

三德：智、仁、勇

智者不惑：学识渊博者，临事不苟判断正确。
仁者不忧：仁爱为怀者，舍己为群不忧成败得失。
勇者不惧：勇于为人，意志坚决，光明磊落。
