The NECIC is a coalition of parents, practitioners and professionals from NGOs and government agencies involved in advocacy with policy makers for early childhood intervention as a Right. We are keen to enhance the learning and development of children with special needs, increase support to families and ensure family centered practices and inclusion at all levels.
