REVIEW BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE MEN'S SECTION 1. Equipments/facilities a) Weight training --- plenty and varied. you can do all 3 major lifts (squats, bench, DLs) just fine. If you're into dumbbells and EZ bars, you're good to go. If you're into barbells, you're golden. Plenty of weights to go around, I can hardly imagine having to queue for weight plates or dumbells --- the squat rack is kinda tilted (like 1cm), but it's hardly a problem. No power rack or press rack though, but no one seems to mind you OHPing the squat rack --- needs more micro plates though (1.25/2.5kgs) b) Cardio --- plenty of treadmills and elliptical bikes to go about c) Recovery/Miscellaneous --- Steam room, sauna room (I never tested out) --- Surau also have (!!!) --- Toilet/shower (clean!) --- weight scale (a little broken, def not very accurate) --- split gender area, if you worry people will take pics of your booty WITHOUT PAYING --- lockers --- there's a minibar that sells protein shakes, milk etc. --- sells some supplements 2. Location --- Desa Cempaka, Nilai. You can't miss it. BIG SIGN. --- IMHO the best gym in Nilai, hands down. I've walked into them all. 3. Price --- So far I've only paid for walk-ins. Rm10 for 2h. Rm15 for unlimited. IMHO very justifiable, considering the numbers of equipments I use and the time I spend (full 2h) per session. --- There's a membership package IIRC, can't remember the price.
