Very helpful and friendly staff. They go beyond and above to make things easier for customers. Went there for debit card issue. I was supposed to line up and get it replaced at one of the counter. This will ordinarily take about an hour plus as there is only few counters opened. However, one of the staff from the front desk took the initiative and offered to expedite the matter. She helped me to sort it out within 30mins. Very grateful for her kind help.

Staff Hanita Hajar from 1st floor office was very helpful indeed n patience to guide me step by step for first timer like me.

Processing good n amicably guidance services provide better than other branches May bank branch from Changloon & Alor Setar which these 2 branches really need to buck up thier services in term of friendliness n services offer.

First and foremost, racist branch I can say the way they treated me, 2ndly have more staff to handle all customer but limited to only 1 or 2, the rest like never exist... It's like 11am and already lazy to handle customer ... The worst is the front counter guy blame the system and trying his best to chase all customer and saying maybe will take more time but nvr give any suggesting to rectify the issue....what a kind stupid culture this jokers are practising...

Sampai di Mayban wangsa Maju seksyen 5, masih kena beratur di luar sedangkan bank2 lain dah beriperasi seperti biasa selepas announcement dari pihak kerajaan. Dan paling sedih nya, guard di suruh memguruskan customer yg beratur diluar.. Guard adalah pekerja Maybank ker?

Tidak membantu customer langsung apabila pihak Maybank masih buat mcm masa covid19..

I had a bad experience with this branch, the service is bad. Telephone number 4042 8030 no answer, when finally picked up from, denied that they have any unanswered call. Added "impossible" without investigation. Hello, my handphone outgoing call has record ok
