First and foremost, racist branch I can say the way they treated me, 2ndly have more staff to handle all customer but limited to only 1 or 2, the rest like never exist... It's like 11am and already lazy to handle customer ... The worst is the front counter guy blame the system and trying his best to chase all customer and saying maybe will take more time but nvr give any suggesting to rectify the issue....what a kind stupid culture this jokers are practising...
