I am ok with the service. However the staff who mans the telephone must be trained properly about its operation time. For example when we called in at 12pm asking for suitable time to send our baby for jaundice check, the staff told us just to send the baby in. But when we arrived at the clinic 12.30pm, the staff at the counter told us to come back at 2pm because the clinic only opens for jaundice checkup between 2pm -3.30pm. Clearly the staff who answered the phone is illiterate who doesnt know his/her own premise operation hour and service it entails. Eventhough some people claim this clinic is overcrowded and understaff, but I think some basic info shouldnt be let escaped by the staffs in servicing the public. It is common sense.

I came here today, just to collect my medicine from Klinik Pergigian Kg Pandan Dalam. Too crowded I would say. This is my very first time going to government clinic/hospital after 16 years. I thought it will take forever just to get the medicine. But I was wrong. Less than 15 min, they called my number.
