The overall hotel environment.
Not well directed,poor maintenance,as said got beach but the beach was like port klang river or rather selangor river.
Sad to say not fit for almost RM450 a night I paid for a 'lowya' hotel.
Only the reception Staff named Usha.Very Friendly and helpful.Despite we reaching the hotel late she was very accommodating to all my request.

We stayed in Lexis Hotel and not to be mistaken with Grand Lexis Hotel which is just next door. Stayed in the water chalet deluxe room which they had a good promotion during ramadhan (muslim fasting month) for room only without breakfast. Overall had a good stay.
Pros
1. Comfortable beds and duvets
2. Near to beach
3. Buggy service to and fro room is efficient
Cons
1. Twin beds joint as one to be double bed is very wrong for such a premium hotel
2. Checking in and out was quite slow, maybe because there is only 3 counters
