Levi's® Aeon Seremban 2

Bought Cargo xx pants for Rm280. Found defect on pants zipper flap. Went back after a week to exchange but head staff refused saying tag not attached. I said in receipt doesn't mention that tag must be attached. I said no problem, I can attach. Then staff find other excuse to not exchange. Feel so disappointed. Been buying Levi's 30 years now and never had problems. Levi's should not sell defective products and should be happy to exchange or refund because it is DEFECTIVE. This store, customer is never right. Staff not at all helpful. Ask to send e mail to customer service which I did. Waited whole day for response. Levi's standard is poor. Waste of money.

Classic quality jeans. Dim lighting to make customers feel vintage. Costly jeans but worth for the best quality. Staffs looks smart in casual and friendly always. Currently every purchase above of RM 399 will free a Tote Bag.
