Good General Manager and staffs with humble and caring services towards guest.The twilight lounge caters good food and nice oldies music .The dinasor theme park very nice too. Accomadation very clean and food has variety and taste good.Wifi free once enter hotel carpark free for guest. No waiting for check in thats the good point.

Location: It is close to the KSL City shopping centre. There are many food outlet nearby that serve delicious local foods.
I'm on a short holiday with my families and the experience at KSL Hotel & Resort is fantastic. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. My check in was done within half an hour even though I came in early well before the official check in time. The room was very comfortable and cleans. The facilities provided was sufficient. The bathroom was clean and new. Just miss the bathtub. The swimming pools was big and there are two pools, one for adult and the other are for children (Dinosaur pools). In summary, the whole experience is great. Looking forward to go there again.
