The guy at the reception was so rude and he purposely kept me waiting even though I told him to register a new card for me. I informed him that it's been a while almost 10 yrs that I didn't visit the clinic. I waited there almost 1/2 hour, he just didn't do anything. So I just asked him for my ic and walked away. Such a irresponsible *inappropriate words*.
