Doctor is friendly but very disorganized. He does not arrange appointments so have to go early and take a number and wait for hours. Sometimes opens till very late sometimes close early.

Very bad service.jumpa tak sampai 10 minit untuk husband and 2 anak.charge consultation saja 600..tambah ubat almost 1k..plus d doc seems cant accept questions from d patient.he simply said d cause is d water but when we asked further, he explained in a very sarcastic way yet still didnt answered d question...he prescribed cetaphil as a moisturizer but when i said we had it already he changed to qv...for d soap he gave oilatum.both we can simply get it from d pharmacy outside wayyyy cheaper..but d gud thing he gave several pills to consume but so far still no changes to the affected area..still regretted that we went to see him that day n spent almost 1k for nothing

The family went for 2nd opinion and found that these drugs damages the brain function and cause suicidal tendency.

Dr John Tan made my uncle's family go thru hell. All he did was give drugs (all kinds) to fry the brain of my cousin. A few months down the road, he suggests nursing home of which he has some sort of "partnership". My uncle took my cousin to another doctor and was advised to stop the medication given, but Dr Tan quietly made appointment behind our back and continue to supply more drugs. We had to confront Dr John Tan to warn him to stop seeing my cousin.

After 1 year, my cousin is now drug fee and happily married. The cure : Physical rest, reassurance and family support.

BEWARE, Dr John Tan is nothing but a licensed drug dealer.

Eventhough the waiting time was 5 hours in the car as my mom is wheelchaired bound, the doctor is gracefully slot us in on the same day appointment due to the urgency. He spend sufficient time to explain the case n guide us a clear direction how to manage the patient. He even visit my mom for diagnostic in our car and make us feel grateful for his compassionate heart for the patient n convenient to our family. I do pray that God will continue to extend his will n energy in this medical industry n mentor more psychiatrist to carry the same passion, compassion n understanding. Thank you Dr. John Tan for we feel relieve that there is help n hope out there for my mom n our family.

I would like to complain regarding your staff's attitude while I was trying to make an appointment tru phonecall. He was very rude and unproffesional. Please kindly look into it.
