A very Good Afternoon KP Luyang,

I am Azaharuddin Hassanuddin (IC 641013106753), a regular patient of your Diabetic Clinic for more than 8 years. I am attached to the Institute for Development Studies (Sabah) under the purview of the Chief Ministers office as the Technical Advisor. I had been treated since day one with utmost care and with full dedication and professionalism by your staffs until, today.

I was at the hospital this morning to collect my monthly medicines at counter No.6, but to my disappointment the officer dispensing at that time was nothing else but rude to me and my wife. There was no respect to an elder and she posted questions that sounded more like an interrogation over the amount of drugs supplied that she should have been able to calculate easily.

I hope that you will take the necessary action on her to avoid future embarrassment to her as a government servant serving the elderly and patients of the Kilnik as well as the good name of your respected Klinik.

I been there many times and yeah there service is good too .. we can not blame if the service is a bit slow but I know they do there best to serve the people .. Every day they encounter many patient...of different illnesses so we too have sabr or patient in waiting to be served.. ..Good service..
