KLIDC (Ampang)

I am in love with this place. I booked an appointment on the phone, got there and someone was already waiting for me. The team is awesome and very polite; my dentist, Dr. Joanne Ng Pui Zhee is the greatest person I have seen on this earth. she is polite, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. I explained to her what my previous dentist in the US told me, she clarified everything to me and told me the procedures that I need to do. I got a very good results; I can keep on writing, but I will just leave it here. By the way, I paid 1/5 of what I would have paid in the US for the same, if not a better service. I love KLIDC..

I was travelling for an event ... and so sudden got my molar tooth cracked while eating. Did a quick search and found KLIDC. Nice environment in the clinic. Little nervous and had a rough extraction process. I was having in my mind if I am a dinosaur or human. Noted lack of equipment as nurses running around looking for 1 when dentist ask for it. Well.... no doubt it is rough but de result I have no pain at all after the extraction. Even after all the medicine gone. Well done but would think some improvement by getting necessary equipment ready and more softer handling. Overall still satisfied with the service and how doctor explain the situation. Price wise... way more expensive compared to penang where I stayed
