Very disappointed with the services offered in KMC especially in the surgical ward. Nurses are so rude and not helpful at all. Even this never happen in General Hospital where A-Z is free. Its a terrible experience. The stakeholders should do something about this if not they are definitely going to loose business in future because its a very competitive world. Highly recommended to send all the nurses, staff nurses and the general workers from the surgical ward to attend training on how to care for patients.
