My friend was pregnant and asked whether can still do foot massage or not, then the person at the reception counter said ok .

Well we trust they are professional enough, so my friend started this foot massage. She had this young masseur and below is what happened:

1. First the masseur (if we remembered correctly ,he is number 9) very pushy (repeat the same for 3 times): keep asking her to add some ginger powder (additional $$ of course ) thing into the pale of hot water they serve when you first sit down. She told him that she is pregnant and not sure this powder is ok for her, but he continues "persuade" her.

2. Massage on both sides were not consistent, one side touched some part of the feet while the other side differnt part.

According to the reception explaination(after we complaint), this is because they want to avoid some prohibit part for pregnant women. Which I Highly doubt so! U know why? Please see the next point.

3. Because he wasn't really massage, he was just basically WENT THROUGH THE MOTION. He was hardly use any "strength" per say, so what harm can he caused?

The reception explanation is, for pregnant women is like that. If that is the case, should have just inform us before we even started the massage. My friend may not even want to do it! I remembered they said will do light strength!!!!!

4. My friend also noted this message guy stopped and stared for few times during the 1 hour massage.

5. After we complaint, the reception guy was just so offensive that don't even trying to understand it, and just be offensive!

There were 4 of us, which the rest of us were actually quite OK with the general service.

But with this kind of attitude and the masseur they had, just becareful if you plan to visit this shop! they said u can request to change within 10mins if you not satisfied with the masseur, which we wasn't aware at all until we heard from the other customer.

Me and my husband went to kaki kaki danau kota last night. We chose 5 in 1 package i.e. 1hr 20 mins session.

It started at 8.50pm and should lasts 10.10pm. Unfortunately, the session finished at 10pm (short by 10 minutes) and this inclusive of time taken to take in and out a bucket of warm water, bring ginger oil from the counter amd return it back when we do not want to use it, and missing masseur in between the session, eyes focused in TV and the list goes on.

We have been kaki-kaki customer since 4 years ago and this is not the first time it happened and we still come with hope that those things that I mentioned will change.

After what happened last night, we decided not to step our foot to kaki-kaki Danau Kota again.

Very dissapointed.

I told the receptionist i would start a 90 mins body massage first and would extend it to 2 hours if the pressure is fine to me. After 30 mins the therapist advised my shoulder and back muscles are quite tensed up (it is the truth) and suggested me to have ba-guan treatment. The lady is young but her pressing techniques are good so i took her advice by changing the treatment to: 2 hours body massage with ginger oil at RM147 tax incl, ba-guan is free of charge. She is caring and did not intend to cheat treatment time as what many masseau does on tourists.

It's a good place for family and friends. The service they provide are chinese shiatsu, aromatherapy, thai style and even acupuncture. The masseuse are all very professional and well trained. If go in a couple for body massage than you can opted for join cubicle room with curtain but or if foot massage you can choose the couple room which is more privacy. The massage bed is big and comfortable compare to thise 4 or 5 star hotel I've been. They will provide you a shorts during the massage session so no worries if you are wearing a jeans. Pls take note since this place is not a spa so jacuzzi and food are not available. Sauna os still available in the toilet area hut a bit run down so i didnt tried on this one. This place is worth more than i pay. I took their body massage package for rm98@90mins and my friend took the rm68@90mins foot and shoulder massage. It's better a better place compare to others places I've tried. You can save a lot if compare to those prices you pay in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Tips are: you can still hear others people talking in the cubicle room area during the massage when its crowded. So always choose the one at the end corner area to avoid all those noise.

Staff will try to hard sell you packages during the whole massage. They will also lie to your friends that you added extra time when you had not. Prices shown not inclusive of GST! Don't be fooled!
