I a member of KAKIGYM since 2013. Kinda liked the gym but I noticed that the management is very slow in rectifying problems. For instance the water dispenser on the mahkota cheras branch has been out of order for the past 3 months and nothing has been done to overcome the problem. I don't understand this at all. We have been is paying our gym fees on religiously but till today the management has just kept mum over this bloody basic problem. Why can't this people do want they are supposed to do. Why can't they act upon the problem instead of sitting on their lazy laurels? I feel so cheated and disappointed. Future members please address this problem to the management and ask for a dateline when it can be eradicated.
