On the 16th May, i booked my new ISUZU DMAX (QKS8666- plate number)for servicing for 27th May at 10.00am at Kuching branch, Tun Jugah.
At 4.15pm, I received a phonecall the car is ready. To my dissapointment, my lovely ISUZU DMAX is,
1) not wash inside and outside,
2) the servicing sticker (regarding odometer, next servicing..etc) is not change.
Then on 29th May, I made numerous phone calls to your company and my phone has been hang up. So i decided to SMS and got a reply and have to redo all the temaining works as mentioned earlier. Meaning to say your company put 2 working days for 1 car oil change.
I would like to inform you that there is NO APOLOGY from your member of you staff, nor drink being offered (too cool the frustration)
With this kind of customer service, which accept my car to be service but unable to finish the work on the same day? If your company unable to service my car, just dont accept my servicing on 27th May. Your company could CANCEL and make another appointment.
