Pre-Competitive (Coach Kamarudin/Coach Rosli/Coach Hisham)
Wed - Fri : 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Level 1 (Coach Hisham)
Sat - Sun : 7:00 am. to 9:00 am.
Competitive - Level 2 to 3 ( Coach Zoe Khor/Coach Daniel Lee)
Mon - Fri : 7:30 pm. to 9:30 pm.
Sat : Off
Sun : 7:00 am. to 9:30 am.
Competitive - Level 4 to 5 (Coach Shazali and Coach Kamaruddin)
Mon - Fri : 6:30 pm. to 8:30 pm.
Competitive - Level 2 to 3 ( Coach Zoe Khor/Coach Daniel Lee)
Mon - Fri : 7:30 pm. to 9:30 pm.
Sat : Off
Sun : 7:00 am. to 9:30 am.
