Duduk seminggu Kenanga 7. Okay jer. Pros: - Friendly and helpful (*cough*cute too*cough*) staff who never complains about their job. Gained a lot of respect to the people working there. - Beautiful modern hospital with good facilities. Cons: - Some of the staff (probably trainees) aren't really competent at their job. Example: needing to inject multiple times to collect blood sample. But it's mostly the simple non-life threatening procedures. Good staff handling the hard parts. - Might take a while for you to get served but it's understandable. Critical illnesses get the priority as they should, everything else on first come first served basis. Might be understaffed. - Air-conditioned rooms are really really cold like 24/7. Even the provided blanket won't be enough. Bring your sweaters, socks etc to keep warm.

I always got treatments here and for me, overall i am satisfied with the services.but i wanna complaints something. i think the facilities is quite bad lah. There are even not enough seats for the patients to sit. almost every time i went for the appointment, i cant even sit. its hard for us since most people that come are sick(of course if not why we came right?) .please consider it. overall its quite good services
