Security tidak berperikemanusian...

Ayah saya warga emas nurse kata boleh hantar makanan tetapi guard ni tengking dan tidak bagi masuk.. bile nurse kata hantar makanan dia minta no ic nurse dan akan complain kat pengarah... petang nurse kata boleh bagi makanan luar tapi bile kita minta hantar makanan tak bagi siapa yang betul ada sesiapa pihak yang boleh saya complain... ayah saya tak nak buat pembedahan dan kecewa sangat... orang tua kena makan ubat takan tak makan... kan tapi saya faham memang ada makaanan kat hospital tapinurse yang kata boleh makanan. Jadi saya pesan kat ayah supaya tak payah makan.. harap ada sesiapa boleh bantu untuk kammi adu kepada yang sepatutnya

Let me straight to the point why I rated it this way.

Quality: I did appendix surgery there and just because the doctor's carelessness in cleaning the appendix properly, I have to go for surgery the second time: suffer again, long scar instead of 3 small scars now

Friendly: All I can see is rude, unprofessional,moody staffs there (except trainee and doctor)

Value of money: bcs is gov hospital

Waiting time: terrible waiting hours, I've been suffering waiting for more than 5? 6 hours? I forgot. They didn't call the number following the number as well, I have no idea what is the use of with number taking now.

Security di laluan jalan kecemasan is very very rude. Pakcik tua. My dad stop kereta di tepi laluan tu untuk tunggu my mom keluar dari kecemasan zon kuning. She's in there for 25 hours sbb kurang darah. Bacaan hemoglobin 7.7.. Dan saya menunggu my mom bersama suami dan anak yang masih bayi berumur 3 bulan di hadapan laluan kecemasan untuk masuk kereta. Security guard pakcik tua tu datang dengan muka berlagak cakap tak boleh parking, kalau tunjuk gangster nak panggil polis. What the hell? He's not even get out from his car la bodoh. Adakah ia suatu kesalahan sebab pick um pesakit yang nak keluar dari kecemasan zon kuning after 25 hours in there? Please get the security guard and make a urine test. Sebab berjalan pun terhuyung hayang macam tak "segar". Bercakap dengan orang2 dengan biadap. Aku perhatikan dia almost an hour sebelum my mom dapat keluar dan kecemasan zon kuning tu.

Mohon pihak Skin Clinic Hospital Serdang untuk pickup panggilan telefon. Saya telah menghubungi pihak Hospital selama 3 hari dan dalam tempoh tersebut talian telefon tidak berjawab. Mohon pencerahan bagi kaedah lain utk memudahkan kami pesakit utk menghubungi pihak Hospital terutama Skin Clinic Hospital Serdang utk urusan penukaran temujanji.

Hospital Serdang much better than Hospital Kajang. complete equipment. the service average but some of the nurse look very moody and didn't give the best service to patient.

dear Nurse , if you don't like with what are you doing now , please give resign letter and find another job. please don't treat the patient badly.

I am waiting for my wife to give birth at Serdang hospital after a long debate whether or not to go private. The private doctor had adviced us to proceed with C-section 17 days prior to the due date. i need not explain any further as to why they suggested that.

We've been in serdang for almost 3 days now and I've felt my wife has been given excellent treatment and care from all the staff at the wad.

The quality of service and friendliness does depend too on the quality of the patients and friends. We only get to write reviews of services that are provided to us. It would be nice for the hospital staff to review the patients and see what they have to say.

Dear management, certain nurses are EXTREMELY LAZY AND HELPLESS AT WAD 6C ( Operation wad ).They suspected family member who take care of patient must do everything. While we are requesting for help ( 1 person unable to change cloth, pamper for patient who finished operation) they replied wait, moody face to patient. When patient ask questions, they said why dont you ask doctor with moody face also.may i know what are the job scope for the nurses? At the end the trainee DOCTOR helped the patient to change pamper!!!!!!! Every morning around 8am, they do everything very fast and tidy..BECAUSE ALL THE DOCTORS WILL BE AROUND. Instead of emergency and accident department, the nurses there are more professional, kindness, helpful, polite to expain everything. Hope management will take action on this matter. Your concern and action are much appreciated.

The hospital is really awesome.the nurses and doctors are very good..and caring. But i have to highlight the issues going on in serdang hospital cafeteria. The lobby has 1 cafe which have 2 counters selling the same food. And both of them re-heat the same dishes again and again they cook in the morning till the cafe is closed. The ground floor has a cafe also. And this cafe is worst. Lousy staffs and foods. Wonder if the hospital pengarah has any idea on whats happening with the eateries in hospital..? Im just a concern citizen.who really cares goverment's effort
