On 28 December 2022, I went to the bank to check phone apps because I performed fund transfer to KWSP via my handphone but failed. As I entered the bank and I have to wait for another 6 customers to reach my turn. I saw a lady who was helping few customers at the ATM machine. Then I approached her, and I reveal my problem to her and without hesitation and she was very helpful and asked me login HLB app and she tech me the setting on my phone and solved my problem within few minutes.
