I went to the branch at Seremban 2 yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! I love how they don't push sales or packages, and there is an off peak hour promotion for customer above 50 years old(50% off) The beautician I had was very friendly too and I love the entire experience. I did the 'Dead cell removal and moisturizing facial' , it was really good, Usually after blackhead extractions at other facial salons, my face will be really irritated and red, but HERBALINE did a great job, no redness after the facial (first time ever!) . I hope I can share the photos here.

Treatments, services and products are excellent at KK branches. I have visited all the branches and is Herbaline customer 10 years ago.
The only downsize of Herbaline is the e-shop. Not all products are available on the website especially the new range of products. The products are not in depth clarification and explanation in the website. some of the information on the branches are not up-to-date despite numerous complains. I hope there is an improvement on the e-shop in future so that the outstation customers can purchase the product easily.

Been to two different outlets, every beauticians giving me different opinions regarding my skin type. One recommended me to use whitening cream and sunscreen lightening cream because my skin is too dry. One asked me to remove those oil cysts because I'm using unsuitable products and my skin is oily. I'm confuse and I feel I'm spending too much for unnecessary. Please educate your staffs to provide a professional recommendation instead of keep marketing your customers to purchase those products and services for the seek of marketing. Thanks.

Should do something on the staff of herberline in karamunsing.Being a regular customerI was very very angry and disapionted .Today I made an appointment for two and was given at 2pm. Its all set as I , m bringing a customer from overseas.Later they inform me that because someone who have an ealier appointment come late, my appoitment have to be pospone to later time.I think this is not right. I.m very angry and frustrated because its giving bad impression as I, have actually told my friend how good they .are. I end up cancelling it.From now on, I will definetly not going there anymore and what more recomending any of my friends.What they doing is not professional at all.Previously when I came late by 20mins for my appoitment I was inform that have to be cancalled. I accepted as it is my fault..

No Package. Pay per visit. Good Environment. The beautician will take you to breath the "relaxing perfume" before and after the facial treatment. Good in overall. But, the beautician always suggest to take the expensive facial treatment.
