Healthland Setapak branch - The lady who usually picks up call (i think maybe filipino) is rude. At first i thought maybe she is having a rough day so i shake it off..but after few visits and bookings via call she is still the same.not welcoming at all so stern its like i owe her something??

Healthland Setapak, u should change your frontliner. It has to match your good massage

I have bought 50 hours worth of coupon from heathland Kuchai lama. And the coupons only allow me to redeem from that branch. However, every single time I try to call to make booking, the line is always busy despite calling at odd hours such as 11pm or usual working hours such as 2pm. It's impossible for the line to be busy at all times. Please check your phone line!!!!

extremely bad reception at cheras trade square branch. the front desk Chinese lady has no patience at all. will ban this branch totally. health land HQ pls train your staffs if you want to maintain your customers loyalty!

Signed up a 24 months package in Dec 2017 for $1,888 but I'm now told the system shows it expired Dec 2018. 12 months only. PM'd you several times to check and after first response, never heard back from you. Trying to scam customers? I'm not the first. same thing happened to my friend

while the services itself are good, the customer service is not. I ordered gift cards and not only did the staff at a particular outlet had NO clue about the promo, my cards were not there (I came based on timing stated) I complained and they didn't bother to respond. no call from manager etc. It's clearly just about money and since I paid, they got what they wanted. very disappointed

I had a great experience at the Taman Connaught branch last week when me and my sister came for a two-hour Thainess Oil Massage and foot massage. The regular oil was good enough for me and the masseuse (59) was very talented - I slept during the foot massage and my leg and foot pains went away. The only thing that I didn't like is that the receptionist tried to upsell the aromatherapy oils, which my sister took but she told me afterwards that it really did not make a difference.

I just want to complain on the reception counter service in Heatlhland Taman Connaught. I had complain but I know that my complaint will not reach to the Healthland management. The reception Chinese lady - she said her name was Angel because I asked her. She is very very rude, impolite, bad manner and talking roughly with a sour face. Taman Connaught had good masseurs and give good service but if the reception mentality is very bad and discourteous, you will loose more customers in future. Please take immediate action and put nice and polite people to handle the reception, who talk nicely and smile to us as we pay for the service.

Hello Management,

I just back and I want to share my experience in dealing with Healthland Taman Connaught. Last month, I just walk in and after agreed to take oil massage package for 2 hours, I was given a pretty masseur. I really appreciated the way she massage me but before my session finish, the reception come and open the curtain and asked her to finish immediate ask there is another client waiting already. Hence, I think I just walk in, so this might happen. I then just finish my massage session 10 minutes earlier. Before left I ask the masseur her booking no and how to booked her next time.

Last 2 weeks, I call to the reception and my called answer by a lady named Angel do my booking for the Sabahan lady. My session start at 12.15pm and for 2 hours it shall be completed by 2.15pm. But unfortunately, it happen again to me. At 2pm the reception lady come up and asked the masseur that massage me how many minutes more to finish. the reception said she already accept another booking and shall start now (means by 2 pm). Again!!!

SO I just stop my session and after coming down to lobby, the situation become hectic as the masseur try to serve me drinks and get my shoes. I say okay, I get my own shoes. You know when I open the cupboard I only see 3 pairs of shoes. So what happen here? How many masseurs in this branch? why the reception book the masseur that massage me for another person whereby my session yet to complete for another 15 minutes? is this how you teach your reception to cheat your clients. I believe many people face the same problem. My gently advise, please improve this or change the reception to right person who know how to manage customer time. we pay for the service of 2 hours and for every session 15 minutes before end, the reception - Angel come and interrupt and asked the masseur to finish earlier.

To the management, please improved ASAP and hope my future visit the same thing doesn't happen. Please don't cheat your customer 15 minutes on each massage session. Others please comments if you have same problem in Tmn Connaught
