Don’t waste your time at Healing Pets.

My senior dog suddenly can hardly walk. Took her to Dr Steven for acupuncture treatment. He said lumbar and neck nerve problem. After the first acupuncture session, my dog can walk a bit. But saw no improvement after the other 6 sessions (he said twice a week), my dog can’t even sit and stand. Although appointment made in advance but each time waited for an hour and the acupuncture session was only 15 minutes. They didn't bother to inform when the vet went for emergency surgery and expected you to wait there. For every session, Dr Steven didn't look up the patient's record so you needed to remind him of the pet's problem. He said my dog’s problem is at lumbar and neck but he only focus on one area during each session, probably expected you to buy their package. He didn't even comment on recovery plan or progress after each session. They're more interested in sucking money than healing the pet. Disappointed!

Moreover during the COVID-19 pandemic, they didn't control the number of people inside the clinic.

Dr Steven on the way for close to an hour, and in the end attended by two junior vets which is fine cause my problem was not complicated - sore at the hind foot that maggots got in, was dealt with mag-spray and wound was left to dry but bill came to 399! Seems like a lot of padding up the items to make as much extras as possible; a practice hard to avoid once you are popular.
