Harmony KB Music Centre is the cheapest music school I've ever encountered so far. Their fee for adult classical piano course (beginner) is only RM70 per month and the class duration is 1 hour per week. Upon registration, you will have to pay one month deposit and registration fee of RM20. Other instruments offered are guitar, organ, keyboard and many more.
