We booked a day trip to Malacca and a country trip the following day. Our tour guide Lawrence was great. Took us to places we would not have gone. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would like to thank Lawrence for two very enjoyable days.

Their coach’s departure point is conveniently located at Kompleks Selangor in Chinatown (Petaling Street). It is direct service going to Jerantut, before changing to another smaller bus to Kuala Tembeling jetty. At Kuala Tembeling jetty, passengers change to take a boat to Taman Negara (Kuala Tahan). The estimated journey time is as follows:
Kuala Lumpur (830am) -> Jerantut (12pm) -> Kuala Tembeling (2pm) -> Taman Negara (5pm)

I used the bus and boat transport from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara, which went very well. The Kuala Lumpur office lacks a waiting area, so most people sat on steps outside. Also no restroom. A clean minibus took 3 hours to reach the boat dock with a break midway for restrooms, snacks, and ATM. Then an hour for lunch, optional tour bookings, and park registration before getting on the longboat upriver thru scenic jungle to dock in park, about 3.5 hours. Cost one way for all this is 79.5 MR online or 95 MR cash at office.
