Milky Tea outlets are facing great competition now as there are numerous numbers opening everywhere stretching from KK City to Penampang township, to Inanam all the way going up towards Tuaran. You can name a few but Gong Cha is one of the first branch that landed here in the town. I have interviewed many, but Gong Cha is not among the popular options, pretty much because of the price. The marketing strategy is not flexible knowing netizens now are saving more by using rewards/coupons from apps. Enough with the chit chat, Gong Cha is maturing up with it lid cover cover design. It's an eye candy, I still love GC Signature Melon Tea till date. And their Brown Sugar series selling fast. And their location inside Suroa is strategic, no one could have missed it.
