I brought my cat during lockdown. Dr Ada saw her and her advice and experience seemed very sound. There were a mix of vets I saw although most looked quite young. They have all round services and are open daily, an advantage due to their numbers. They also have emergency services, I think. The phone, is always engaged, although one vet mans it for questions. They prob need an extension for non clinical queries, to be answered by an experienced admin clerk for appointments and the like.

There is also a grooming centre cum pet shop down the road, which is handy.

I am happy with this centre so far.

I like the interacial feel although I didn't see any malay vets.

I had my worst experience here. Gobe are the days. All senior doctors left and now with "school leavers" vets whi dont know manners and inexperienced. My dog was left to die in the cage just after 2 days of admission. He came in with just a flu. They didnt even realise he was dead in the cage when I visited him. The drips were still fixed to his dead body. They couldnt tell me the reason for his death. They didnt monitor him on his condition. Ehen I complaint 1 if the Indian nurse behaved like a thug. The other chinese vet was video recording me as I was angry and frustrated. They were not compassionate at all. Dr Prem, the CEO just brushed off everything by saying simple "sorry" for his school leaver vet's negligence. The bill here is also absurd, extremely pricey. The young vets lijes to hit around the bush to complicate you but at the end wouldnt have done any proper tests or treatment to justify their explanation. Please dont bring your pets here. There are many good vet clinics in Puchong and Subang. Please check those out

Super bad and smelly. They charge gleneagles price for general hospital services. Very unhygienic. Dr is inexperience and not dedicated. They asked me to put my cat onto an examination table with dirt smudges and dog fur on it. They didn't even bother cleaning it until I pointed it out. Used thermometer without a sleeve. And tied my cat's tummy so tight that she peed and vomited. Had to ask them to remove it immediately. Front desk is totally unfriendly. Made a mistake going there when Yeoh vet at taman megah or Bangsar vet was closed. A mistake I won't care to repeat.

I sent my kitten there and they charged me sky high price. I think they just want money not really saving my kitten. Really disappointed. They even want to kill my willing to save my kitten by giving high prices tender. The place is smelly some more. I found a better vet now. Thank God I did not came back here after finding out my kitten was still not doing well. Turns out they half-assedly doing the surgery.

This clinic is well equipped with good vets and equipment, but the support staff (especially the front desk staff) need to be taught how to deal with clients. They are uninterested and plain rude. I'm not sure why the owners of the place are not doing anything about this very apparent problem. Better do something before you start losing clients.

I hv been going to this clinic the past 3 years or so and have had both my doggies spayed there. All in all i have little to complain about. I ve met and consulted with most of the vets there and think that they re genuine when it comes to attending to my girls' problems. It's a pity Dr Goh has left; he handled my German Shepherd very well and she liked him. My only complaint is that the upstairs floor is tick infested.

Unprofessional DR. Wendy, she didn't try her best to saving life, just tell you the cat after bite by dog will die soon. Even is emergency case I still have to wait 30 min until my cat is very suffer, she just give my cat oxygen only, and keep telling after bite by dog will die soon, I so disappointed to you DR. Wendy, you are not a doctor, because you are not saving life. I hope you stop you vet career and consider change to other job, please stop killing other furkids.
