It is perfectly okay if you just need a place to bathe and sleep. The room is air conditioned. The attached bathroom and floor is clean, but I can't be sure on the bedsheets. The hotel is a very small place which you shouldn't talk too loud or else you will disturb the other customers. The hotel is located at a small alley. Though there are lots of guesthouses, eateries (oh the whole road is full of restaurants and stalls!) around it, the route to the hotel is dark and quite dangerous if you are travelling alone to the hotel at night. However, if you are travelling in a group, looking for food in KL (especially at night), and not picky on the place to sleep, it is fine to stay there.
