Communication with Jen was excellent. I whatsapped her the day before out of office hours from London to send a bouquet to my mum who lives in KL. She got the exact flowers I wanted and arranged them elegantly. The next morning she showed me a picture before sending them off. Payment was so easy to deal with and secure as well because I received a confirmation of it to my email. Thank you Jen for your patience, understanding and efficiency!
