EnerZ Indoor Extreme Park

Have been there a few times. It is spacious and there are a variety of activities to choose from. I have one comment though, the music is too loud especially at the Foam Pit and Dodge Ball areas. We had to shout at each other so that we could hear each other. We love music but don't think loud music (too loud) is necessary. Other than that the place is fun.

So excited to take part in the school holiday program. The facility is impressive, however the experience and treatment by the staff is far below standard. Asking to come half an hour before the program, wasn't clear direction or briefing given. Don't know what are we waiting for. The program is slightly delayed as need to wait for the so call coach, and some parents are late!! Only good service by the emcee Naem, taking extra help & care, after raise our concern. Generally the staff are too young and having tidak apa attitude.. With the price to pay, will think twice for second visit to this extreme park.. as there are other choices around..
