Not too bad..the changing room was hot without ac...some of the equipment was dirty not properly clean after being use...staff q friendly..in d middle of city centre and suitable to have a break after work.....

The trend of downscaling from chain to boutique marches on, with the newest boutique gym to hit the KL workout floor. Elements Gym has taken it a step further by limiting membership, meaning that, like in a small classroom, each member is offered one on one training and encouragement from knowledgeable staff. The gym holds some of the best gym equipment, from brands Hoist, Precor and Cybex, as well as differentiated studios for mat Pilates, yoga, spinning, dance and body pump. You can take in a water aerobics class in the heated infinity pool, or a walk around the outdoor garden to warm down or relax in the sauna. Elements Gyms also offers one on one Pilates as an alternative to the traditional personal training regime (which they also do). They have the latest Stott Pilates reformer machines and highly trained instructors to take you through your session. Instructors can create a custom circuit training path for you, based on your preferences and abilities. And get this: you can even partake of some foot reflexology under the guise of sport therapy. Elements Gym is a boutique gym. With limited memberships that ensure exclusivity, personalized services, a wide range of top of the line fitness equipment and facilities encompassing a large area, Elements aims to be your home of health. Their services include a variety of exercise classes, a personalized programme scheme, and an in house chef for detox programmes. Their facilities on the other hand, includes a 100ft infinity heated pool, an outdoor garden, a fully equipped gym, a studio, a sauna, locker rooms, safety deposit boxes, and two floors of basement parking for visitors.

They are both salinated and heated so there shouldn’t be any worries of getting the cold water shock when you jump in! ?? Salinated water is an ideal alternative to using chlorine, (following GTower Hotel’s principle of being a fully certified GREEN building), as it uses less harsh chemicals to keep the pool clean. Further to that, the water is heated by the waste energy generated by GTower’s air conditioners’ chillers. Elements Gym is open to the public, but building tenants enjoy a special corporate rate. Current tenant rate is RM135/minimum membership of 3months RM99 admin fee while the public rate is RM195/ minimum membership of 3months RM99 admin fee. I really do think the gym here is superb.
