WORSE EVER BUS !!!!!

The most useless bus service ever , no proper response, driver not answering in a proper way more then 2 times changing tyres and never arrange another bus .

WORST SERVICE EVER.

The bus that was suppose to come at 9.15 came at 2pm. I waited from 9am to 2pm to board the bus which is almost 5hours. And the worst part is when I called the customer service at 60 16 521 7774 they shouted at me saying “kalau you tak boleh tunggu refund dan balik je la “ and ended my call without even giving me proper info on the arrival of their bus. When I called back they never even bothered to answer my call. Totally unacceptable behaviour from their customer service people and waiting for a bus for almost 5 hours is totally unacceptable. The only reason the counter people and drive gave me was bus stuck in jam. 5 hours jam ? Doesn’t make sense at all as I searched in waze and I can see the jam from the bus location (tbs) to my location melaka sentral is only 1 hour 30 minutes. So clearly there isn’t any 5 hours traffic. That was a big lie in the first place. I’m extremely disappointed with the way their customer service people treated me and the way they made me wait for 5 hours for my bus. Please NEVER EVER take this Kesatuan Express after this.

First jangan naik bas kesatuan kalau korang tknk kena sidai mcm aq ... bas kul 3:30 kena naik 7:30 mlm...

The most *inappropriate words* up bus I have ever travelled . From *inappropriate words* manjung to terminal amanjaya is *inappropriate words* 3 hours and my bus is schedule to go butterworth had to take this shit express due to the time factor complete joke

At easy book wrote tat 11. 58am will arrived butterworth. Now 11. 30 still at ipoh.. Ekspress kesatuan very worst with thier service
