A very lousy Psychiatrist.
1) Lack of experience
2)No patience to listen to patient's problems or issues
3) Prescribe medicines like visiting to "a normal GP's clinic"
4)Not good at counselling / giving advices / enlightens to patients
5)Doesn't explained much to you what is your problem about (mental illness's reasons)
5) Given patient wrong types of medicines, example : A type of medicine that are supposed to be use or treat for temporary but not exceeding more than a certain duration of uses. And as a psychiatrist, patients are relying on doctor's professionalism on medicines prescription. Dr. Yeoh can made such a mistake on wrongly prescribed medicine to patient without informing patient as it should be on temporary or short term use. (After that caused patient had breathing difficulties)
6)Overall career experiences, considered as mid junior level psychiatrist.
7) Prescribed medicines more based on "doing business" style.
8)Low knowledge on medicines, regardless new types of medicines or old type of medicines.
9)He believes or preferred new types of medicines to prescribe for his patients. His preference, but may not be the best choice for patients. Old types of medicines are equally effective, or else medicine's manufacturers won't be continuing producing.
10)Always on a rush. Because he is not a full time psychiatrist even in his own clinic. He is attached to KPJ hospital Kajang, Columbia Hospital Cheras Selatan, and also a lecturer for certain college (I guessed was University Tungku Abdul Brahman @ Sg. Long campus), almost the whole Cheras are his "business territory". That's why he seems like have no time to waste and on rush always.
Overall evaluation comment, not a experience doctor. Don't waste your time and money. Better go to other experienced senior doctors / phyciatrists.
Fee / charges, is moderate or slightly low. Medicine's choices, both original imported and generics.
