Had a bad experience with Dr. Wong Pak Seng !

Bad service. This is the first time that I meet professional doctors that NOT professional at all. Only talk money !!No responsible No explanation at all!!!

First I am looking this doctor for IVF but he check and mention has fibroids in my uterus. Then I ask doctor need to remove or not . But this dr said no problem can straight do IVF and ask pay money and arrange next visit and start for the IVF. Then after 2 visit he ask me go to ward to operation remove the fibroid then ask me pay another 8k . Then I fell why first time do not tell me the trust and he should tell me need to remove fibroid first only IVF . I fell very disappointed and cheating the money . In first time for this Ivf I total pay 40k then ask again 8k for operation remove fibroid. No choice because I save many years and pay money so force go to operations . After operations I go back 3rd time for review then he said need to rest 3 weeks can start the IVF BUT he said I had PCOS ask me pay money and eat medicine again . I not the professional doctor here . Why this call professional doctor NOT checking and scanning one time and tell me the truth . He should tell patient in the first time . Every time I ask can do IVF said yes pay money then said can not here and there. I so disappointed this type of doctor and very angry !!!During the process more worst - my Inside womb thickness suppose need 8-12 mm but my only 4 mm he insist start do IVF process what is this . In the end fail. He also said can try 2nd time IVF but repay again the full process. In here I just tell everyone NOT professional NOT honest only want Money !!!
