Nice doctor.. very details explaination.. friendly & soft spoken...

Soft spoken and very friendly doctor. Had my upper blepharoplasty done very recently. She is very meticulous during the surgery. Surgery was relatively pain-free. Can feel pull and tug here and there but no discomfort whatsoever. All her nurses are super duper friendly and helpful. I am still on the 'recovery' period but my eyes are looking much better than before, thanks to the good doctor. Just put your trust in Dr Vanessa...she knows what she is doing.

I visited Dr Vanessa Naseem Neoh for my eyelid problem, after consulting with many other ophthalmologist who were only able to provide temporary solutions. I had my eyelid surgery at Island hospital Pulau Pinang. I am very pleased with the outcome. So Worth to see her. I highly recommend Dr Vanessa to anyone. She is very experience ophthalmologist in handling eye problem and eye surgery. Im very satisfied the eyelid surgery did by Dr Vanessa. Great Job appreciate much it it look exactly the same as my youthful eyes and attractive eyes. She took the extra effort in explaining the entire eyelid surgery process to make me more comfortable with it. She is very friendly and will explain the operation and answer all your queries. She treats patient very well. She will also care for the patients recovery after surgery. She is so honest transparent and not as hierachy oriented. She will tell you whether can or cannot do and not overpromising or asking you to do a procedure that wont solve your problem. She charge very reasonable price. All nurses and staffs are very kind and helpful keep up the good work.

I went for eyes checkup because of discomfort due to dryness. Dr. Venessa was very careful and detail during the examination. Later she explained patiently my problems in easy to understand terms. She was also being very helpful in suggesting ways to reduce the soreness and how to better protect my eyes from the harsh environments. She is very professional but still project a friendly and approachable manner.
