Not very friendly nor informative. Very aggressive when ask about options. Advertised as free consultation, but ended up paying a few hundred for tests (waited over half a day) and a consultation with the doctor which lasted less than 10mins.
I don't know if she's experienced, only went there because they were advertising a promo for lasik services.
