Good doctors are hard to come by. I'm glad that I'm lucky enough to meet one. The proper treatment that Dr. Phang provided (especially psychotherapy) has been very helpful in my journey of recovery from depression. I'm grateful for his time and patience in explaning to me questions/issues related to mental health. With that, I have a better understanding of my illness and how to overcome challenges in life. I'm leading a better, happier, and healthier life, especially with the practice of mindfulness. Thank you, Dr. Phang.
