I am so lucky to meet Dr Phang in my Journey of Depression. I received correct treatment. My condition improved and emotion begin in control by giving the right medical treatment by Dr Phang. Dr Phang explained on what is despession, emotion stage etc., He adjust the medicine base on condition base on feedback, we work together to look for best combination (I really feel that way) base on different condition. It is not an easy steps to walk out from depression, relapse, back n forth. I am grateful that Dr Phang never leave me alone, he give his full support to me whenever I was in the dark. He is caring, kind n compassion. I learn some important skill eg. EFT, compassion touch, CBT n mindfulness from him. These skills so effective to me. For those who may still suffer in silent, no worry, you are not alone. Depression can be cue. I am still learning n practice mindfulness daily to strengthen my mind (mindful gym). Wish me and you be healthy n be Happppppy!
