Dr Phang adopts mindfulness approach in my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT. It trains me to see a situation with different mindset and with an open mind, which is very practical and easy to apply in my daily life, life doesn’t need to be in a fixed way.

All my sessions with Dr Phang has been pleasant and I began my treatment with medicine, and since I have been equipped with all the mindfulness tools I’ve learned, I take the medicine mindfully and so far so good. He prescribed the medicine according to my needs which i find it’s very thoughtful. I wished I’ve learned mindfulness earlier. Do checkout his mindfulgym YouTube channel, his talks are very simple and easy to understand. I’ve benefited watching them too.
