Dr. Maziah Ahmad Mahidin

Kami pilih Dr Maziah sbb beliau satu2nya gynae perempuan dan Islam in DSH. Please don't get me wrong, I am not against male gynae atau sebagainya. In fact Hani disambut oleh doktor lelaki keturunan mamak dan hana pulak dgn doktor perempuan India. I have no problem at all dgn gynae lelaki or non-muslim. Tapi sbb bila tgk pic Dr. Maziah ni kat website, terasa beliau sgt motherly dan lemah lembut gitu.

so far doktor ok.. Agak berumur skit.. Checkup yang dibuat maternity checkup mcm biase, Cuma lebihnya setiap kali checkup ada detail scan

She was the only female muslim gynae at damansara specialist. She was okay. But the queue was tremendous. I like to go on Saturday for checkups so that I could go with my hubby. Saturday has always been a busy day. Too many patients, you would have to wait for hours. Since she has so many patients, she didnt recognize me. Even on my third visit she did say 'First time datang ke?' while flipping my record and saw her prevoius records on me. Adeh.. You have to ask her a lot of question coz she wont explain much. I didnt have much problem with my first pregnancy, so my visit with her always end in 10 to 15 minutes including the scan. Charges: Consultation: RM80, Scan: RM100, Total: RM180

I pun mls nak tukar gyne and still end up wt dr maziah fr my 3rd child. Last 2 was in 2002 n 2004. Almost 6 yrs tak vst her clinic. We just got bck frm ovs, and now i'm in my 36wks. Sbb dah biasa dgn dsh, terus ke situ tanpa survey2 tmpt lain. Punyalah trperanjat wt her charges now. In 2002 was rm60 aje for both proc n cons. In 2004 up jd rm80. Ok lg lah. Now, fr the last 2vsts i've hd, was rm200 each. Rm80 fr cons n Rm120 for proc. But since i dah nak dkt deliver dh ni, mmg trskan je kat sini. Nxt baby kalau ader rzk, i'm goin to other hosp. Dsh ni mcm dah over. Sampai mintak price list so tht i can at least can estimate la our budget, pun reception dpn tu tak leh nak bagi. Kata vary frm case to case. Tau le, but at least bg le guide line. Itemised bill blh bagik pulak, sure prices dah ader dlm system. Print je le. Mmg tak puas ati la ngan cara marketing team diorg tu. Either they were not well prepared or too snobbish n luk down on ppl wt the target market is foreigner only, wat do they call it?, medical tourism?, either that, or they only cater patient covered by company insurance. Boleh charge kow-kow.
