No recommended for sinus operation as he will remain some leftover in your nose & ask you to come back again for second operation

It was about 10 years ago that I went to see Dr. Gan due to blocking nose. After few visits he suggested for a simple surgery. He mentioned that it is a very simple surgery for sinus. My experience during clinic consultation was still okay, put aside having needed to bear with the rude attitude of his private nurse (whom I'm not sure if she is still servicing at the same clinic now). I guess I must have owe her a lot of money in my previous life.

However my experience after the surgery was really terrible. On the day when Dr. Gan remove the cotton from my nose, fresh blood came out like waterfall. Some came out through my mouth and nose, some was swallow by me as I couldn't breath at all. Dr. Gan was there but all he did was asking the nurse to take care of my situation, then he just walked away. Can you imagine how I feel that time? I was drinking my own blood because I can't breath. I was so afraid that time. And my doctor walked away. I will never forget this and I will never recommend anyone to this doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Gan Tong Nee (ENT Specialist @ Sunway Medical Centre) for those who are suffering from sinus infection, stuffy nose or sinus headaches. He is very friendly and professional in his field. I had my FESS surgery by Dr Gan Tong Nee last week. The procedure takes about an hour, and it does not hurt at all. The result was amazing and I can breathe so much better than before. I have suffered from sinusitis for years, and I was taking all kind of medicine like Panadol, Zyrtec D, Clarinase and antihistamine etc. I would recommend taking FESS surgery that solves all sinus problem, comparing to taking all kinds of medication that works for only sometime.
