Dahlia Colour Photo Studion (Fujifilm)

In January, I put a roll of 120 Fuji 100F for processing. The manager told me that it will take 3 months and I had to pay 50RM upfront. March came and I was contacted to say that they have to extend the date. I decided to take my money back. Received the film and came all the way back to the UK to have it developed. I was informed that the roll of film only contain the backing paper and the actual film. was removed. What sort of a company would do such a thing to their customer? Luckily there was nothing important. Never will I use this lab again.
